Create a team of 3 - Male (3) or Mixed (2 Male/1 Female) and prepare to compete in a unique and challenging way.



All athletes will use their fitness to complete tasks during the competition like swimming, Stand Up Paddle, obstacle courses combined with functional movements such as kettlebell swings, sandbag carries, squats, and burpees.

For the 5th year, the 3on3 Beach Challenge is the ultimate fitness event of the summer taking place at the Holy Spirit Beach Bar in Athens, Greece. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars are always on-site for athletes and spectators to enjoy.

*WOD 1 - The Beat - Kicks off the day! The Workouts will continue with a time frame depending on the number of teams who signed up.

The 3on3 challenge is all about working out and testing your fitness in a different way with your team and friends next to the beach! Feel the excitement of competition and the joy of being at the beach all at the same time. Summer is on and being hydrated during the workouts is essential. Food and snacks will be available to keep your energy levels high and help you get through the day.

Are there different levels for the teams that compete?
NO, All the teams will compete at the same level in different divisions. Division M : 3 male athletes. Division Mixed: Any combination of sex.

What if one member of the team is unable to come to the event a few days before?
A member of the team can be replaced by someone else 1 day before the event. In case of an injury, the team can compete with 2 athletes.

What will the weather be like during the “3on3 beach challenge” week?
The weather in July in Greece is mostly sunny and the temperature can be from 27-35 C during the day time and 22-28 C during night time.

Will there be medical support?
Yes, we will have qualified staff for this reason.

Are there refreshing beverages and snacks to use during the event?
Yes, our sponsors will be there to provide you with energy drinks, snacks and more. In addition, athletes will have access to coffee shops and restaurants in Yabanaki Resort.



 To participate in the Challenge requires full acceptance of regulations:

  1. Athletes competing should understand that they are moving in an open, exposed to particular weather conditions that will prevail on that particular day of the game.
  2. Men and women of all ages are accepted.
  3. Participants who have not reached 18 years of age are required to submit a statement from their parents.
  4. Valid participation is considered to be valid after it has been paid off financially.
  5. The entry fee is €96 (early bird) per team subscription (3 people) until March 29. From March 30 until 29 of June (last day of entry) the entry fee will be €119.
  6. Any participant who decides to cancel/postpone his/her participation is not entitled to a refund.
  7. The event will take place on the 4th of July 2020.
  8. The rules and the type of events are described on the competition's website, which is an integral part of this regulation.
  9. Participants are obliged to fully comply with the regulations set by the organizer. They are also obliged to obey the suggestions of the individuals (eg. volunteers, reviewers) designated by the organizer. Failure to comply with the regulations or instructions will result in the exclusion penalty, with no refund or any other costs. Any person authorized by the event manager may record any infringement that he has perceived and report it to the event manager.
  10. Any marking of the space provided by the event manager is temporary, intended to serve the participants and is removed after the event.
  11. Athletes are involved at their own risk and the organizing authority is not responsible for any injuries they may have, as stated in the statement of responsibility or here. However, qualified medical personnel and a fully equipped ambulance will be available. There will also be rescue teams covering the event.
  12. Participants must have been examined by a physician who has judged them capable of participating in the particular event. Medical advice must not be older than 30 days from the last day of the event.
  13. It is strictly forbidden to dispose any kind of object during the whole event, such as plastic bottles or any other solid or liquid food packaging material used by athletes during the event. Disposal of packaging materials or other non-organic waste anywhere on the route beyond the predetermined, carries an exclusion penalty, no refund or any other costs.
  14. The event manager undertakes to supervise the field of play with specialized personnel in safety, rescue and medical assistance to the participants in need. In cases where security personnel and referees indicate to athletes that the event must be stopped for safety reasons, the latter is obliged to obey. Non-compliance means exclusion, no refund or any other costs.
  15. In case of need, the event manager reserves the right to postpone the start of the event in order not to endanger the physical integrity of the participants. In very extreme conditions he can cancel the event.
  16. Participant exclusion occurs for: a) Pollution of the site. b) Inappropriate behavior towards the organizing staff. c) Inappropriate behavior towards the spectators of the event. d) Non-compliance with these Regulations.
  17. The organizers are not responsible for the deaths, injuries or any damage to the health of the participants who, upon submitting their request for participation, declare that they are aware of the risks involved including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the foregoing that their health status is good and allows them to participate, and they have recently been examined by a doctor on this subject. However, no participant will be required to submit a medical certificate. They are obliged to perform regular medical checkups in order to check their health status. The event managers disclaim any responsibility for the physical integrity of the participants, who should behave responsibly at any dangerous points on the route. The organizers disclaim any financial responsibility in the event of outside assistance to any athlete.
  18. Participants consent to be featured in photographs or any other media from the event, which shall be used exclusively to promote the event.
  19. A minimum of sixty percent (60%) capacity must be met for each category or division to take place.
  20. The organizers have the authority to modify the rules and regulations of the event, with no further notice.
