Grab your loved ones, workout, play fun games and enter a chance to win great prizes at the "Family First Throwdown" at CrossFit Streets on Saturday May 23 2020 from 8a.m. - 1 p.m.

Do your parents, cousins or siblings do CrossFit?

If Yes, make your dynamic duo by choosing one of your family members who has been doing CrossFit for more than a year and join us on Saturday May 23 2020 at CrossFit Streets.

We always want to spend more time with our loved ones, Family First Throwdown promotes family bonding with CrossFit workouts and Fun games throughout the event!

 Teams can vary from brother-sister, cousins, husband-wife, mother-son or any other combination you like.

  • All participants will be given a special Fit-Fam Throwdown T-shirt
  • All participants must be doing CrossFit for more than a year
  • CrossFit Streets is located at 2905 Argentia Road, Mississauga, Unit 4
  • Fun games will take place throughout the event.
  • Prizes will be won based on a raffle.

Teams can be:

  • husband-wife
  • sister-brother
  • son-mother
  • son-father
  • father-daughter
  • daughter-mother
  • cousins

Four different types of workouts:





Are there different levels for the teams that compete?
NO, its an open division. Both members of each team must do CrossFit for at least 1 year.

What if one member of the team is unable to come to the event a few days before?
A member of the team can be replaced by someone else 1 day before the event. No refunds.

Will there be snacks and beverages at the event?
Yes, bcaa drinks, fresh fruit, coffee and cold beverages will be on site.

Are there showers at the location?

No, there are no showers at CrossFit Streets.

Can I bring my own food? 

Yes, you can bring your own food, supplements and drinks.

When does the firts workout start?

The first workout will start at 8 a.m. that day. CrossFit Streets opens its doors at 7 a.m.

Can I bring my kids to watch the event?

Yes, CrossFit Streets has a lounge area where kids can stay safe. Kids are not allowed on the gym floor.
